Heart of Art is the creation of artist Josue Montoya. The brand originated in the year 2020 as a quarantine project during the COVID-19 pandemic. Heart of Art has gone through many phases and states of development, but it continues to evolve.

At its core, Heart of Art is a connection of clothing, art, and culture. Josue Montoya’s love for animation was the initial inspiration as one can pick up on the anime and 50’s cartoons influences in his artwork. As he continued to develop Heart of Art, his Mexican American culture became a big focal point within his work. Heart of Art is a representation of this and many more.
